  • Prepare so that your own defensiveness doesn’t derail your success
  • Use communication techniques that diffuse rather than inflame situations.  

CLM Application Credit: 1 hour in Self-Management Skills

CLM Recertification Credit: 1 hour in the subject area of Communication and Organizational Management (CM)

CLM App Credit for Functional Specialists: 1 hour in the subject area of Communication and Organizational Management (CM) towards the additional hours required of some Functional Specialists to fulfill the CLM application.
